Greetings! It gives me great pleasure to welcome you to Thomas Heathe Slater Elementary School for the 2012-13 school year.  We, the faculty and staff, are excited about the opportunity to serve your child(ren).

As we embark on this journey of learning together it is our vision focuses to prepare students for success in school and life.  Slater’s mission is to provide opportunities for students to achieve their full potential and to help them discover the love of learning. Our students will gain skills needed to become responsible citizens in a global technological society.
