History

Whitefoord Community Program’s School-based Community Health Centers were established in 1994, to keep children in the community healthy by providing easily accessible health care. Treating all levels of both acute and chronic illnesses, as well as providing routine health checks our clinics are designated Federally Qualified Community Health Centers by health insurance companies. The dental and pediatric clinic was established at Toomer Elementary School in 2008.

 

Comprehensive Healthcare Services

Our highly trained and well-qualified physician and medical staff are employees of Emory University and Whitefoord Community Program and include pediatricians, dentists, mid-level providers, nurses, a health educator, and social workers.
