Principal's Message

I am honored to expose the best kept secret in Atlanta, The New Crim Open Campus High School.  It is true that every child can learn but some students need a different setting, a second chance or additional support.  Fortunately our district has the foresight to offer students a non-traditional school that meets all of the academic requirements for graduation.   Come discover how Crim students are finding success in an environment that offers flexible hours from 8am to 8pm, credit recovery, credit acceleration, Saturday School and a full service daycare and clinic.

We prepare our students to be college and career ready through our comprehensive curriculum which also offers seven career pathways with some leading to certifications.  All students must be completers of at least one pathway such as Small Business Communication, Construction, Culinary Arts, Early Childhood Education, Engineering /Technology, Graphic Arts and HealthCare Sciences.  We will meet the needs of students requiring advance courses as well.

We believe in the “whole child”.  Our program not only includes the academic rigor, but the social and emotional support that builds resiliency.  Our four small learning communities (9^th Grade Academy, Global Business & Marketing, Engineering &Technology and HealthCare Sciences) foster a nurturing environment of caring staff that mentor, guide and monitor students’ success.
